Foreign Body (Jassad gharib, Corps etranger) Overview
Samia (Hiam Abbass) immigrates to France illegally, to seek refuge from her Islamist radical brother whom she informed on. She gets help from Imed, an acquaintance from her village, and then with Leila, her employer. As Samia discovers a new world of hope and danger, tension forms between the three protagonists as desire and fear are heightened.
